Expectations
What does that mean? What does that look like?
Seeking therapy is a big step, and it is also a commitment and an investment. Please go through the steps to know what to expect.


Treatment & Goals
In the initial few weeks, you and I can think together and come up with some goals. This could vary during the course of your treatment. We would be assessing and evaluating together on how the therapy is working. I expect you would be open and honest about our working relationship.
Appointments
Regular weekly Meeting on the same time/day is done to understand and discuss what brought you to therapy and how I can assist you. If you are ambivalent about therapy, we can meet for 3-5 sessions on a weekly basis and decide.
Payment is expected during the first of every month. I take Cigna insurance. I also provide Superbills for people with other insurance carriers.

I guide my clients towards clarity, connection, meaning, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their world view. Together, we cultivate a relationship of mutual respect that may heal and allow one’s best hopes to be achieved.
